They also paid tribute to Glen Campbell, who fond out he has alzheimer's and is out touring saying "farewell" to his fans. Vince Gill, Keith Urban and Brad Paisley sang "By the Time I Get to Phoenix" as tribute to him and pulled Glen up on stage with them at the end.
